Azerbaijani Israfil Ashurly conquers “Killer Mountain” without additional oxygen

On July 10, Azerbaijani mountaineer Israfil Ashurly conquered Nanga Parbat (8125 m), the world’s ninth peak. Idman.biz reports, he climbed to the height without using additional oxygen. There are 14 peaks in the world that are over 8,000 meters high, Israfil Ashurly had already climbed seven peaks above 8000m. Nanga Parbat is considered the highest peak of the Western Himalayas located in the territory of Pakistan.
