I invite you to join us as we journey through the mystical, vibrant and diverse land of Pakistan. What better place to start than the south coast of the beautiful province SINDH. Once called Bab -ul-Islam, the modern-day Sindh is a coastal province and a land of Sufism. It has been the heart of Trade since history was first recorded. Think of Sindh, and the images of valleys come to mind. The valleys where we find ancient civilizations like Mohenjo Daro which reflect to our life as it was in 5000 B.C. Sindhi Culture is rich; its literature and poetry are influenced by Sufism which is also reflected from the number of shrines in the province. Ajrak is the famous traditional gift of Sindh. The cuisine having simple food, consists of wheat based flat bread and rice. Karachi is the financial hub of Pakistan, the capital of the province, taking forward the history of trade for the region. Karachi is the most important for being home to the mausoleum of Pakistan greatest inspiration and visionary leader, father of the Pakistani Nation Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
Tastes of Sindh
Sai Bhaji:

Sai bhaji is a traditional home-cooked meal which is a specialty of Sindh cuisine. The name of the dish is made up of two words: Sai which translates to green and bhaji meaning vegetables. It is a dish that combines greens, vegetables, split pulses and spices. It usually served with rice and bread.
Dal Pakwan:

Nutty, mushy dal scooped with crispy crunchy Pakwan, with a dash of mint coriander chutney is a hands down winner when it comes to the most popular signature Sindhi breakfast.
